Budha Nil Kantha
This beautiful 15 foot stone statue of God Vishnu is anywhere from 900 to 1400 years old and is said to have been found by a farmer plowing his fields. Dakshinkali

Changu Narayan
Preached on a ridge in the eastern part of the Kathmandu valley, Changu Narayan is one of the oldest temple in Nepal, because it is a bit off the beaten track, this temple is little visited by tourist and though it is possible to get here by a paved road, it is much more interesting to walk from Bhaktapur. Bajra Jogini

Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu
Located on the banks of the Bagmati River, Pashupatinath is Nepal’s Holiest Hindu temple dedicated to the God Shiva in his aspect of Pashupati, “the lord of the animals”, this imposing two-story pagoda contains a giant shiva lingam that is the object of much worship. However, the temple is surrounded by a sprawling compound all of which is off limits to non-hindus. Boudhanath, Kathmandu
Across the valley from Swayambunath, each of Kathmandu, is an even larger Stupas, the largest stupa in Nepal, though its location on a wide plain is not nearly so spectacular, legend has it that the stupa was built after an old woman asked her king for enough land to built a shrine to the Buddha.
